Chuck Witcher specializes in examination of titles, drafting real estate contracts, closing residential and commercial real estate transactions. His career in real estate transactions began as a loan originator and promoter for the U. S. Small Business Association Loans and U. S. Economic Administration Loans in Augusta, Georgia.

Since Chuck’s return to his hometown of Newnan in 1985, he has focused upon title examinations and real estate closings pertaining to property throughout the Coweta Judicial Circuit and adjoining counties.

Chuck Witcher is a retired Major from the United States Air Force, having served four years’ active duty and twenty-two years reserve duty. He remains active in local veteran events and matters.

Chuck Witcher is a past member of the Newnan Kiwanis Club and currently serves as Deacon and Trustee of the Macedonia Baptist Church. He is also Treasurer of the Western Baptist Association. Chuck is a longtime volunteer with Coweta Organization for Riding, Rehabilitation and Learning, a provider of therapeutic horseback riding facilities and instruction for the mentally and physically challenged.

Chuck Witcher was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1982, and has practiced in the Georgia Court of Appeals, Federal Court and Bankruptcy Court since 1985.
