Troup County, 296 F.3d 1210; Hawthorn Environmental Preservation Association v. Coleman, 551 F. 2nd 1055; Group EMF, Inc. v. Coweta County, 131 F. Supp. 2d 1335; CPI Plastics, Inc. v. USX Corporation, 22 F. Supp. 2d 1373, 1999 WL 33633079, 1999 WL 33647878, 212 F.3d 595, 220 F.3d 594.
Significant settlements include negotiation of the resolution of a long-term dispute between local governments on an intergovernmental contract, settlement of a case for a client catastrophically injured by a falling tree on government-owned property, and favorable resolution of numerous partner, shareholder, and family estate disputes. Significant land use, zoning, and variance results have been obtained for clients engaged in residential subdivision development, industrial development, hotel development, and the development of shopping center complexes.
