Chip handles a wide range of litigation and other matters for the firm, primarily focusing on domestic relations and family law including actions for divorce, child custody, child support, guardianship, alimony and contempt.
Chip specializes in high-value, complex divorce cases with substantial assets to be divided and complicated issues to be determined including child custody and child support.
Chip is a member in good standing of the Georgia Bar and is admitted to practice in all Georgia State, Superior, Magistrate, and Probate courts.
Chip graduated from Birmingham-Southern College in Birmingham, AL with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2011, from Auburn University with a Master of Business Administration in Marketing in 2012, and from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University with his J.D. in 2016.
During law school at Cumberland, Chip was an Executive Board Member of the Trial Advocacy Board, the Director of Cumberland’s Arbitration Competition, a member of Cumberland’s National Arbitration Team, Vice President of the Christian Legal Society, and a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
